Bear in mind, the guides can change the itinerary at their discretion. They can do this based on the weather and the participants’ capabilities. This ensures you a successful guided Dolomites hike.
We offer five days of guided hikes in the Dolomites, featuring the most scenic options for your adventure.
Here is an example of the guided Dolomites hike during the week
The Latemar Labyrinth
Explore the intriguing Labyrinth of Latemar on this hike. It features a mix of rocks, holes, and natural pathways created by past landslides. We will stroll among towering spires and large boulders in a unique Dolomites landscape of Latemar. The quiet stone merges with the mountain’s whispers. This hike is also a journey into the geology and stories of the Dolomites.
Viel of the Feide – The Path of the Sheep
The Viel de la Feide is a beautiful path. Hence, it is quiet at the foot of the Catinaccio. Shepherds once used it. This hike offers a solitary route. The views of the Catinaccio cliffs are stunning. You can also see the nearby Ega and Fassa valleys. This is a peaceful place filled with deep silence.
Vaiolon and Coronelle Pass
Ascent to the picturesque Passo Vaiolon, a pass on the Catinaccio that separates the Coronelle from the Roda di Vael. Here the landscape becomes steep and vertical, an ideal challenge during a guided Dolomites hike. The effort is rewarded with a breathtaking view of the famous Dolomite towers. Next, our itinerary continues alongside the Roda di Vael to reach the shelter of the same name. Return to the valley on foot or by cable car, ending the guided hike.

The Crossing of Catinaccio – from Gardeccia to Lavina Bianca
Our adventure concludes beautifully with the great crossing of the Catinaccio, from Gardeccia to Lavina Bianca. An itinerary that encompasses all the magic of this mountain range: shady woods, flower-filled plateaus, vertical cliffs, and historic refuges. A path connects legendary places you explore during guided hikes. You cross the Gardeccia Refuge, the Vajolet Towers, and the Preuss Refuge. Then, you descend towards Lavina Bianca. All of this takes place amid spring waterfalls and mountain streams, making it part of your guided Dolomites hike.
Empress Sissi’s Walk
A more relaxing yet equally enchanting day: the romantic Empress Sissi’s walk. This gentle and panoramic path was the favorite of Empress Elisabeth of Austria during her summer stays in Carezza. So, you are surrounded by larch forests, sees glimpses of the Latemar, and enjoys views of Lake Carezza. The atmosphere evokes bygone times, perfect for a guided Dolomites experience.
Hammerwand – The Crest of the Hammer
Let’s take on the imposing Hammerwand. Here, you have a rocky ridge that offers a technical and rewarding hike for experienced hikers in the Dolomites. The ascent includes exposed sections and provides spectacular views. It offers an intense mountain experience. One can admire a 360° panorama encompassing the Dolomites from Catinaccio, to Latemar, Monzoni, Corno Bianco, Corno Nero and Brenta. This is ideal for a challenging guided Dolomites hike.
An Experience for the Body and Soul
Guided excursions are led by experienced mountain guides, who plan the Dolomites hikes. The groups are small, with at least 6 persons. This allows for a safe experience in the mountains. It also facilitates a deep connection with the environment. A good level of physical fitness and familiarity with hiking at altitude are required for your guided Dolomites adventure.
