The most beautiful via ferrata in the Dolomites of Latemar and Rosengarten|Catinaccio. Participate on some of the most beautiful high mountain hikes in one of the most beautiful mountain landscapes of the world. The Rosengarten|Catinaccio and Latemar are part of the core area of the Dolomites World Heritage. To best explore the area choose any period from June to mid-October. In addition, please make sure, that weather conditions will be no challenge for your undertaking. Together with a mountain guide of the Alpine School Rosengarten we offer this unique experience. 

The via ferratas in the Dolomites consists of a trail climbing up the mountains. Some security features such as a wire, nails, ladders, bridges and other aids ease your up and down climb. These artificial aids make a unique experience climbing on vertical cliffs. Without the aids, one must have climbing skills and a good preparation in order to access the rock.

Normally a tour on a via ferrata takes a day and covers an elevation difference of up to 1000m of elevation difference. It is possible to extend the hikes over several days.

The Alpine School Rosengarten offers routes of easy to advanced difficulty.

Choose from your next via ferrata of Rosengarten|Catinaccio and Latemar:

  • via ferrata Passo Santner
  • Roda di Vael and via ferrata Masarè
  • via ferrata dei Campanili
  • via ferrata Catinaccio d’Antermoia,
  • via Ferrata Laurenzi, among the longest and most difficult via ferratas in the Dolomites and in the Rosengarten|Catinaccio

To participate there is a minimum of 3 an a maximum of 5 participants.

The price per person ranges from 95 € to 130 €.
