At the ADLER Carezza, you eat very well. The typical South Tyrolean cuisine is personally overseen by Mama. We use genuine products, mostly produced locally. Traditional recipes are respected in the preparation of the dishes and are interpreted in a modern way. The transformation of the dishes culminates in a true culinary seduction. The dishes are flavorful and, at the same time, low in fat, tasty, and healthy.

The breakfast,

the most important moment for a good start in to the day at the Hotel ADLER Carezza. We take particular care of personal well-being. Fresh and ripe fruits. We offer yogurt and dairy products from the best regional producers. There is also whole grain bread and high-quality cereals. Upon demand, eggs are prepared in your preferred way.

During the day

we delight you in serving light dishes and high-quality South Tyrolean products, along with salads and sandwiches. Additionally, we offer simple dishes for both small and large appetites. This includes cold sliced meat, like Speck from Alto Adige IGP. We also offer a variety of local cheeses. Also, there are always homemade desserts available.

And in the afternoon

expect delicious homemade sweets. Try the buckwheat cake and the thin pastry strudel with apples from South Tyrol. Many other sweets are all prepared by mom. Did we make your mouth water?

we delight with local specialties. We use high-quality products that mainly come from local farms. We prepare them carefully in the best tradition of Mediterranean and South Tyrolean cuisine. The food is a true culinary temptation, tasty and at the same time low in fat.

The South Tyrolean cuisine is rich in traditional dishes. Taste the Knödel with South Tyrolean Speck PGI. Try the ravioli filled with spinach or vegetables. Savor the tender meats grilled or baked.

In our kitchen, we use traditional flours, and so there is cross-contamination with other products. As a result, it is not possible to have a gluten-free diet.
